Updated Review 10 May 2023: Due to my digestive issues with ascorbic acid in the past, I avoided vitamin C supplements for years, which may have led to my fingernails becoming weak. After taking two capsules of this product daily for the last 2-1/2 years without any digestive problems, I have noticed my fingernails getting stronger. I also increased my zinc intake around the same time, so the improvement in my nails may be due to the combination of both supplements.
