The shaker includes a small retracting handle and a cell attachment (which I don’t use, but some may). The bottom is curved, not cornered, so substances won’t get stuck. Overall, a great product.

The cap screws down securely and feels solid. The cup is a good size with a flap to hold and easy to drink from. Getting two for $14 was perfect. The spring inside mixes well and the inner screen mixes quietly. I didn’t want to spend $25 on a plastic bottle, just needed something to mix my protein by hand and drink from, and this is exactly that. No complaints at all, it’s perfect for mixing and drinking, not for water hydration.

I have been using these shaker bottles for about four months now. They have become my favorite choice. I use them at least once, sometimes twice a day. The extra grate at the top helps mix protein powder and other products effectively.
