After using the wrist straps for about 4 months, the strap broke during a 500-pound rack pull. The threads holding the strap together were very thin and broke easily. These straps are not suitable for heavy weights and could be dangerous for lifters.

I bought these wraps to support my wrists during heavy weight training, and they have been excellent in providing the needed stability.
