The bra fits true to size and is extremely comfortable. Unlike other workout bras I’ve tried, the cups stay in place during washing. The tiny opening on the side allows for easy adjustment of the cups after laundering.

This bra provides great medium impact support as advertised, even for larger chests. It’s comfortable and keeps everything in place during cardio. I removed the pads as they are unnecessary and get folded oddly. Still modest without them. The bright color is a nice touch! For reference, I’m 6 feet tall, 260 lbs, 44D, and got size 3X.

I weigh 135lbs and typically wear a 34B. I ordered a size medium and it fits as expected – snug, but not overly tight. It’s great for everyday activities like walking my dogs, running errands, lifting weights, and cycling. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for high impact activities like HIIT workouts, running, or plyos. The support is good, but the compression isn’t as tight as I’d like for those activities. If you have a larger chest, this bra may not provide enough compression or support.

The sports bra is much brighter orange than I expected, almost like a highlighter. However, it’s starting to grow on me. The XS size fits me well – snug but not overly tight. I’m a 32-32.5 inch bust and 27.5 inch under-bust. I removed the padding as I found it uncomfortable.
