I would give this product 3 stars because there is nothing wrong with it, but having to take so many pills is a hassle. Each serving is 2 pills for 1 gram, and most people take around 7g of BCAA, which means having to take 14 pills. Adding glutamine pills on top of that makes it even more challenging. Personally, I find it difficult to take so many pills in one go. With only 60 pills per container, it only lasts for about three workouts. I suggest trying one of the tasty powder options…
