I give these Opti-Men 5 stars all the way! My boyfriend loves working out and usually takes pre-workouts, but they tend to flush out too many nutrients. These Opti-Men have all the good quality energy and focus ingredients without the high niacin content. He feels energetic taking two in the morning and one at lunch. I was very impressed with how this multivitamin made me feel. It kept me going throughout the day, and I noticed a difference in my body since it was my first time taking a multivitamin regularly. However, I was highly disappointed to discover that it contained shellfish, as I only consume Kosher products.
