I appreciate that this brand offers a lower IU level of 400IUs per softgel compared to the usual 1000 to 5000IUs found in other products. I prefer not to take excessive amounts of vitamins, so this fits well with my routine. It complements the low-level multi-vitamin I take during the week, which also contains a lower daily percentage of D3. Overall, it’s a good fit for me. Another plus is that the bottle I received was dated almost 2 years out, giving me plenty of time to consume them…
