I am pleased that I have incorporated this into my workout routine. The taste is quite good, albeit strong. I prefer mixing it with 32oz of water for the best taste. Following the 10oz recommendation makes it too strong for me. It dissolves well with vigorous shaking. My only qualm is the inclusion of sucralose, which I try to limit.
