As an older man who is still active, I weigh 150 lbs and have a 34-inch waist. I purchased these yoga pants and I am very satisfied. I got the medium size, which fits almost perfectly – a bit snug at the waist without needing the drawstring. There is minimal thigh binding during certain yoga poses, but overall I am very happy with them and will likely purchase again.

The shorts fit well and look great! The large size is nicely fitted. However, items in the pockets stick out at the bottom of the shorts, which is a poor design feature. These shorts are best suited for the gym or possibly for swimming.

The material is superb and fits perfectly. The only downside is that the pockets do not hold up well with heavy objects.

These gym shorts are the best I’ve ever come across. I’m 5’10” and around 190 pounds, and I actually prefer the small size. It’s more form-fitting. Initially bought a large, which fit well, but I realized I prefer the form-fitting style.
