The product contains natural ingredients and has a unique effect. I have experimented with various weight loss pills designed for nighttime use, but this one stands out. I took this product for 2 nights and experienced significant discomfort in the morning. I usually use sleep aids, but these capsules made me feel groggy until noon. The second time I took it, the effects were even stronger, perhaps it was just my personal experience. I don’t plan on taking it again as it’s difficult to function the next day at work when I can’t wake up. However, in terms of its intended purpose of helping with sleep, it does work.
