This belt is the most comfortable one I’ve used. It allows for big belly breaths, stays in place, and is quick and easy to use between sets. It’s a perfect upgrade from gym-provided belts. With this belt, I was able to increase my Deadlift from a single to a triple. My only concern is the potential for the belt cracking around the edges, but so far, I haven’t had any issues with its integrity or use. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a more comfortable and functional belt.

I followed the measurement guide in the picture and it recommended a large size. I can only buckle 1 notch when wearing it, but I can buckle 3 notches tightly when my stomach is completely empty. It provides the support I was looking for.
