I used this belt for around 18 months and was very pleased with it. It had excellent quality and a strong design. However, the buckle broke after about a month of it starting to warp and bend. Despite the company’s promise of a lifetime warranty and 24/7 customer support, I never received a response after multiple attempts to get a replacement.

The belt does its job well, but changing its size is a hassle. The front plate of the clasp doesn’t align well with the back plate, making it difficult to screw them together. Despite this minor quality issue, the belt still performs fine and is reasonably priced. I would give it 4 stars if they fix this detail.

This product is poor. The sizing is wrong. I am a medium but received a small belt. Medium is small. Likely, large is medium. Etc.
