After almost 3 years of use, these wrist straps are starting to show wear and weak spots. I use them twice a week for my upper body workouts. They are super stretchy and allow for adjusting the tension. The connecting rubber bands are strong. The thumb notch slot is a bit awkward but serves its purpose. The material is comfortable and doesn’t cause irritation. The Velcro holds well. They can get smelly, but washing and air-drying them helps. Great for wrist protection during heavy lifts.

The bands are of good quality and appearance. However, I ordered pink but received red. The package indicated pink, but the bands are clearly red. This makes it difficult for me to pretend to be a part of the Hart Foundation with red and black.

It works great – can be wrapped high or low and adjusted to just the right tightness. Suitable for all exercises, not just powerlifting or compound movements.
