The belt seems to function properly, but upon opening the package, I was overwhelmed by a strong odor. Upon inspection, I discovered moldy patches covering the length of the belt. I have asked for a replacement and am dissatisfied. I would caution against ordering.

The belt provided the support I needed and expected. It could benefit from installation instructions for the lever. The belt is threaded, so you have to screw through the belt and lever simultaneously. Unfortunately, my lever buckle got scratched in the first week, but that was my fault. The case is not very durable; the zipper tore off the first time I tried to put it back in. However, this is not a deal-breaker.

The quality is very good and the stability it provides is incomparable (at least not with soft and more traditional braces). I loved it, the only thing I would add would be a small instruction manual on how to assemble the lever although it can be achieved by intuition.

I purchased the 13mm belt for added support after injuring my lower back during deadlifts. The medium size fits snugly and I am now able to resume squats and bent over rows. I still proceed cautiously with heavy deadlifts until my back fully recovers. The belt’s clasp system is easy to use, though it took some getting used to. I really liked it, it’s the first time I use a waist trainer and it really helps with support. It’s very thick and resistant, and easy to use. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with instructions, so I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to attach the metal clasp.

I loved the belt’s design and the color and texture are fantastic. However, I was advised to measure myself at a specific area, but when I received it, I found I could only fit it on the smallest setting. It seems like I could have ordered a smaller size and it would have been fine. Not sure why that is.
