Recently, I looked up the benefits of magnesium and decided to try this brand. It tasted just like I remembered from my childhood. I finished it in a week and decided to explore other brands. Unfortunately, my experience with a different brand was disappointing. From now on, this product will be my top choice.

The product is very dusty, so it’s best to take small bites to avoid coughing or inhaling dust. It lacks taste and has a very soft texture. Overall, not too bad.

I purchased these to enjoy as a snack, and I must say, they are great! Being 7 months pregnant, I have been craving that “wet dirt” taste due to pica and low iron levels. My doctor has approved these for me, but I recommend checking with your own doctor before trying them. They have also helped with my anxiety, but it’s important not to overindulge as they can act as mild laxatives (without causing cramps), which can be beneficial too! 🙂
