I have been consistently ordering these bars every month for the past six months. Only twice did I encounter a grainy or gritty texture, which was disappointing as it affected the overall taste experience. It seems like they put in effort to get it right, but settled for good enough at 90% and shipped it out. Apart from that, everything else about the bars is great. I have finished four bars and have eight more to go. I hope the remaining ones do not have the same crumbly texture in the center.
