This preworkout is excellent, as it doesn’t cause a harsh crash or bloating. The only drawback is that the blue raspberry flavor leaves a strong stain on your mouth. I had to quickly drink it before my workout and rinse my mouth several times to remove the stains from my teeth. Despite the staining, the flavor is wonderful. I purchased another one in a different flavor to avoid the staining problem.
