The lid is not secure enough and would easily spill if tipped over or dropped. Most shaker bottles I own have much stronger lids that can withstand drops. Despite the lid issue, this shaker is the best for effectively mixing powders. A few shakes and you get a smooth, clump-free drink. The design makes it difficult to switch lids with other bottles, so it’s only suitable for home use.
